If you don't already practice yoga, when planning to fall pregnant or upon finding out that you are pregnant can be a really wonderful time to start. 


With my comprehensive knowledge of pregnancy and birth, I am able to provide mumas with aligned professional support and the ability to tailor my teaching to the needs of pregnant women, including safe and deeply relevant practices for each trimester.


I can show you how both yoga and the natural birthing approach will provide you with powerful and also wonderful ways for you to prepare for your birth. You will experience a blend of working with movement, sound, breath and awareness.


I also create tailored one-on-one postnatal yoga programs that focus on practices that meet the specific needs of all women returning to yoga practice after childbirth. There programs entail holistic practice including asana, pranayama, restorative yoga and meditation all designed to support the mumas in their recovery.
